We accept a broad range of payment types - Including Klarna, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, solo, delta, bank transfers. Your order will only be processed subject to payment being authorised. Please note that the payment transaction will take place prior to delivery.

Credit and debit cards are debited before items are shipped.

Cancellation Policy

Fabulous Mirrors offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of placing your order, unless your item(s) have already been shipped. This does not apply to bespoke items made to your specifications.

In the event that you wish to cancel your order prior to any commencement of work, you should do so in writing (or by email) please, within 7 working days. A full refund will be issued, unless payment has been made by Credit or debit card or any such payment method that incurs bank charges. In such instances a refund will be made less any banking charges incurred in accepting your method of payment.

Damaged Items
All Damages must be reported to Fabulous Mirrors within 2 Days of delivery via email or in writing. Faulty and damaged mirrors will be replaced free-of-charge.

Unwanted Goods
In the unlikely event of you wanting to return your mirror, it should be returned undamaged in appropriate packaging to ensure its safe arrival at Fabulous Mirrors. All returns are inspected on arrival and we regret that refunds cannot be issued if the goods are found to be damaged. Please return the Item(s) to the address specified below. We will refund the total amount paid for the goods (including VAT), less the cost to us for the original delivery charges* and up to 5% of the invoice value for charges incurred by the credit/debit card processing within 30 days of receiving the returned your mirror. Where an Item was supplied with free delivery, a deduction will be made to recover the equivalent delivery costs.
*A minimum deduction of at least £14.99 (including vat) will be made from any refund for returns (other than faulty goods) to cover the cost of outgoing carriage.

Special Note: If you wish to return unwanted goods we strongly advise you to send your package by registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit when returning.

We operate a policy of Fairness, Courtesy and Co-operation for all of our customers and as such we will strive to resolve customer issues amicably, without having to resort to terms and conditions of sale. However as a business we are obliged have to have them in place. By placing an order with Fabulous Mirrors via the web site, in person or by telephone you agree to be bound by Fabulous Mirrors Terms & Conditions set out below.

If you receive a confirmation email of your order, you must check that the details are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy for your records. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Fabulous Mirrors of your offer to buy goods from Fabulous Mirrors and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail. Fabulous Mirrors are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Certain Items may be unavailable at the time of order. In such circumstances Fabulous Mirrors will contact buyers and inform them within 2 working days.

We aim to ship all items within 1-7 days of receiving your order. Although most are despatched within 2-5 days. However your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. We regret we are not able to supply dates when our suppliers may get an item in stock. We will keep you updated by E-mail as to the status of your order (unless you ask us not to) Please note that orders for two or more items, we may part-ship if one or more of the items are unavailable.

Fabulous Mirrors aim to make and despatch all bespoke items within 14 – 21 days, however in rare cases this may be exceed due to circumstances beyond our control. Please note, in the case of bespoke Items we are unable to accept cancellations of bespoke orders unless agreed in writing.

All of our despatched Items will have tracking numbers unless they are items being delivered via our Van or specialist couriers.

Note: Where carriage is charged, this will be shown on your invoice as a separate service and deemed complete upon your receipt of the goods.
